You'll Hear From One of Us Directly
No ticket queues. No offshore support. When you reach out, Adam or Karl personally reviews your inquiry and responds — because your project deserves that kind of attention.
Adam McGee
Adam is the builder. He founded Lemon Head Design in 2007 because too many small businesses had websites that were sitting ducks — unpatched, unmonitored, and one bad week away from getting hacked or going dark. Nineteen years later, he's still the one writing the code, building the WordPress plugins, and architecting the marketing systems that make Lemon Head's work actually work. Most agency presidents stopped touching the tools years ago. Adam never did, and that's the point.
Today his focus is the technical core of the agency — proprietary tools the team runs on (FLEX Sync for credit unions, ContentForge, Publysh, MemberFlow), client builds, and the integrations that tie websites, CRM, SEO, and automation into one connected system instead of five vendors.
Karl Young
Karl is the person clients actually talk to. Adam brought him on in 2015 to run the front of the house — sales, account leadership, and the day-to-day relationships that keep clients with Lemon Head for a decade or more. When a credit union, contractor, or small business is figuring out whether we're the right fit, Karl is the one walking them through it. No high-pressure pitch, no boilerplate proposal. Just a straight conversation about what they need, what we do, and whether the math works.
Once a client is onboard, Karl stays involved. He owns the account relationship, makes sure marketing campaigns are doing what they're supposed to do, and is the first call when something needs attention.
What to Expect After You Reach Out
No mystery, no runaround — here's exactly what happens after you submit the form or give us a call.
Within 1 business day, always. If you call during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MT) you'll usually reach someone immediately or get a callback within a couple of hours. Form submissions get a personal reply from Adam or Karl — not an auto-responder — typically same day or first thing the next morning.
Your message goes directly to Adam and Karl. One of them reviews it, looks at your current website if you have one, and replies with specific thoughts — not a generic "thanks for reaching out." If your project is a good fit, they'll suggest a brief 20–30 minute call to understand your goals before quoting anything. If it's not the right fit for us, they'll tell you that too and point you in the right direction.
Not at all. "I know my website is broken but I don't know what to fix" is a completely valid starting point. So is "I want more leads and I'm not sure what's stopping me." A lot of our best projects started with a conversation that was really just a business owner venting about their website. Come with your problem — we'll help figure out the solution.
The initial conversation is completely free — no cost, no obligation. We'll ask about your business, your goals, and your current situation, and give you honest feedback. If we think you need a redesign, we'll tell you why. If we think your existing site is actually fine and you just need SEO, we'll tell you that instead. We'd rather give you the right answer than sell you something you don't need.
Yes. While we're based in Spanish Fork, Utah, we actively serve clients in Idaho, Georgia, and Texas — and work with businesses nationally, particularly in the credit union space. Almost everything is done remotely: calls, screen shares, and project management tools mean geography rarely matters. If you're outside our primary markets, reach out anyway — we'd be happy to talk.
