We designed a clean member centric website design incorporating P&S Credit Union's brand colors to create a more intuitive experience for their members.

P&S Credit Union approached Lemon Head Design with a need for a more user-friendly experience for their members. A clean member centric website design incorporating P&S Credit Union's brand colors was needed to create a more intuitive experience for their members. The website's information architecture needed to be reorganized to allow their members to find all the important information they needed with a clear and easy-to-find online banking login at the top of every page.

Additionally, the staff of P&S Credit Union needed an easy-to-use backend system that would allow them to make changes to their website at a moments notice. We developed the P&S Credit Union website inside of the easy-to-use WordPress Management System complete with our own website page builder to easily facilitate website updates and changes.

We put together a brand style guide for P&S Credit Union that was theirs to take with them to use on any future projects they may have. A style guide helps to ensure a continuous brand experience among all types of media. It means that no matter how a customer interacts with the P&S Credit Union brand they experience the same underlying traits and overall feel.

We addressed their pain points with a modified site architecture that organized their content and made all the information their members were looking for easy to find. Additionally, we built the website using our page builder software making it a breeze for the P&S Credit Union staff to update their website whenever they need.
